| dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar de qué manera el apoyo familiar influye en la optimización de la salud de los adultos mayores beneficiarios del programa pensión 65, distrito de San Pedro de Lloc, 2021. Se ha considerado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como base un diseño explicativo, se ha utilizado los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa y, la muestra constó de 132 adultos mayores beneficiarios del distrito de San Pedro de Lloc. Con los cuales se aplicaron los métodos: inductivo, deductivo; técnicas: observación directa, entrevista y encuesta. De los resultados, se evidenció que el 57 % de los adultos mayores viven conjuntamente con su pareja, respecto al nivel de apoyo, los resultados muestran que la mayoría percibe este apoyo como parcialmente suficiente (49 %) e insuficiente (27 %). En cuanto a los tipos de apoyo familiar, la mayoría percibe el apoyo instrumental como suficiente (49 %); un gran porcentaje perciben el apoyo emocional como parcialmente suficiente (51 %) y la gran mayoría perciben el apoyo informativo como insuficiente (52). Finalmente, proponemos que el trabajador social debe ser involucrado al programa para identificar los comportamientos de los familiares, así como reconocer sus inquietudes, brindándoles apoyo moral para superar cualquier situación de crisis, salvaguardar su integridad y velar por ellos mismos. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing how family support influences the optimization of the health of older adults who are beneficiaries of the pension 65 program, district of San Pedro de Lloc, 2021. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, the methods and techniques of qualitative and quantitative research have been used and the sample consisted of 132 elderly beneficiaries from the district of San Pedro de Lloc. With which the methods will be applied: inductive, deductive; techniques: direct observation, interview and survey. From the results, it is evident that 57% of older adults live together with their partner. Regarding the level of support, the results show that the majority perceive this support as partially sufficient (49%) and insufficient (27%). Regarding the types of family support, the majority perceive instrumental support as sufficient (49%); A large percentage perceive emotional support as partially sufficient (51%) and the vast majority perceive informational support as insufficient (52). Finally, we propose that the social worker should be involved in the program to identify the behaviors of the family members, as well as recognize their concerns, providing them with moral support to overcome any crisis situation, safeguard their integrity and look after themselves.
