Abstract
El siguiente trabajo de investigación, tuvo como fin determinar la influencia del “Programa Hatha Yoga en la comprensión auditiva del Inglés para estudiantes de segundo año de Idiomas, UNT, Trujillo, 2021´. Se empleó el diseño experimental con tipo de muestra poblacional conformada para dos grupos. Un grupo control de 19 estudiantes y grupo experimental con 19 estudiantes siendo un total de 38 estudiantes de segundo año de Idiomas del 2021. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron un pretest, antes de aplicar el programa Hatha Yoga y un pos test después del programa. Asimismo, se utilizó la prueba de hipótesis Shapiro-Wilk y la prueba estadística T-student para obtener los resultados de la investigación. Finalmente, se llegó a una clara conclusión que el programa Hatha Yoga influyó significativamente en la comprensión auditiva del Inglés en los estudiantes de segundo año de Idiomas.
The following research work aimed to determine the influence of the "Hatha Yoga Program on the listening comprehension of English for second-year students of Languages, UNT, Trujillo, 2021". The instruments used were a pretest, before applying the Hatha Yoga program, and a posttest after the program. Likewise, the Shapiro-Wilk hypothesis test and the T-student statistical test were used to obtain the results of the investigation. Finally, a clear conclusion was reached that the Hatha Yoga program significantly influenced the listening comprehension of English in second year Language students.
