Abstract
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio sustentatorio para_x000D_
determinar los criterios de diseño de una planta de tratamiento de residuos sólidos_x000D_
urbanos en Trujillo Metropolitano. Se busca cubrir el déficit existente en el_x000D_
tratamiento y disposición final de los residuos sólidos, aprovechando los recursos_x000D_
generados dentro de la planta. Para lograrlo, se realizará un diagnóstico de la_x000D_
situación actual, análisis del contexto, caracterización de usuarios y elaboración de_x000D_
un marco referencial con bases teóricas y normativas._x000D_
La implementación de este proyecto busca cubrir la demanda de tratamiento de_x000D_
residuos sólidos en Trujillo Metropolitano, promoviendo un enfoque sostenible y_x000D_
eficiente en su manejo, inclusión social, contextual e identitario, puesto que se_x000D_
espera que la planta sea reconocida como una de las más importantes de la región_x000D_
y del país, utilizando tecnología avanzada y fomentando la inversión pública y_x000D_
privada en el cuidado del medio ambiente. La infraestructura industrial del proyecto_x000D_
incluye zonas administrativas, educativo-culturales, de servicios generales y la_x000D_
planta de procesamiento industrial. Se organiza en torno a un área verde que_x000D_
conecta las diferentes zonas y cuenta con espacios de transición estratégicamente_x000D_
ubicados._x000D_
El proyecto contempla espacios de áreas libres, como jardines aterrazados,_x000D_
huertos, espacios de descanso, recreación activa que serán usados por los_x000D_
trabajadores, visitantes y los pobladores del sector el milagro que permitirán reducir_x000D_
el cansancio laboral para incrementar la eficacia de los trabajadores y mejorar la_x000D_
calidad de vida. El acceso al proyecto se realiza a través de un ingreso_x000D_
diferenciando el tránsito vehicular y peatonal._x000D_
El proyecto se implanta a través del entendimiento del lugar, basándose en la teoría_x000D_
del Paisaje de los Desechos que transforma el espacio, apoyado por el concepto_x000D_
del biorregionalismo que va a definir los espacios en el terreno. Con el fin de realizar_x000D_
una nueva organización, redefiniendo la identidad del lugar y el paisaje; originando_x000D_
una transformación del vacío manteniendo el equilibrio con el contexto que le rodea.
Description
The aim of this project is to carry out a supporting study to determine the design_x000D_
criteria for an urban solid waste treatment plant in Metropolitan Trujillo. The aim is_x000D_
to cover the existing deficit in the treatment and final disposal of solid waste, taking_x000D_
advantage of the resources generated within the plant. To achieve this, a diagnosis_x000D_
of the current situation, analysis of the context, characterisation of users and_x000D_
elaboration of a reference framework with theoretical and normative bases will be_x000D_
carried out._x000D_
The implementation of this project seeks to cover the demand for solid waste_x000D_
treatment in Metropolitan Trujillo, promoting a sustainable and efficient approach in_x000D_
its management, social inclusion, contextual and identity, since it is expected that_x000D_
the plant will be recognised as one of the most important in the region and the_x000D_
country, using advanced technology and encouraging public and private investment_x000D_
in environmental care. The industrial infrastructure of the project includes_x000D_
administrative, educational-cultural, general services and industrial processing plant_x000D_
areas. It is organised around a green area that connects the different zones and has_x000D_
strategically located transition spaces._x000D_
The project includes open areas such as terraced gardens, orchards, rest areas and_x000D_
active recreation areas that will be used by workers, visitors and the inhabitants of_x000D_
the miracle sector to reduce work fatigue, increase workers' efficiency and improve_x000D_
their quality of life. Access to the project is through an entrance that differentiates_x000D_
between vehicular and pedestrian traffic._x000D_
The project is implemented through the understanding of the place, based on the_x000D_
theory of the Waste Landscape that transforms the space, supported by the concept_x000D_
of bioregionalism that will define the spaces on the site. With the aim of creating a_x000D_
new organisation, redefining the identity of the place and the landscape; originating_x000D_
a transformation of the void while maintaining a balance with the surrounding_x000D_
context.
