Abstract
The present investigation tries determine the sobrexpresion of the protein P53 in biopsies with cervical dysplasias hospital patients Víctor Lazarte Echegaray. Were studied forty biopsies of epithelium ectocervical with diagnosis of dysplasia cervical fixed in formalin and included in paraffin, twenty samples corresponding to mild dysplasia, twelve of dysplasia moderate-seven of dysplasia severe, using the immunohistochemical method streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase with the antibody monoclonal anti-P53, considering positive cases, when the immunoreaction I present a brown color pardo. The 60% of cases studied showed sobrexpresión immunohistochemistry for P53, where 50%, the 29.17% and the 20.83% corresponded to dysplasias severe, dysplasias moderate and severe dysplasias respectively; and one hyperexpression in 33.33% cases. Was determined sobrexpresión of P53 e hyperexpression in biopsies analyzed; finding in the sobrexpresión, an inverse relationship regarding the degree of differentiation dysplastic.
