Abstract
Esta investigación abordó la aplicación del diseño biofílico en la tipología
educativa, como respuesta a la deficiente infraestructura física de los colegios
públicos nacionales, y cómo el estado actual de estos centros educativos
influye en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. El objetivo principal
fue determinar los lineamientos de diseño biofílico para la institución educativa
Gustavo Ries, a través del estudio sustentatoria del contexto, las necesidades
del usuario involucrado, la normativa vigente, los casos similares y los
principios teóricos de inclusión, sostenibilidad e identidad.
Se desarrolló un método de estudio basado en el análisis de bases teóricas y
normativas para dar respaldo a la propuesta arquitectónica, y se aplicaron
instrumentos para la toma de datos como la encuesta y guía de observación.
De acuerdo con lo anterior, se diseñó una propuesta alineada con los ejes de
sostenibilidad, identidad e inclusión social; contribuyendo a la mejora del
servicio educativo de la institución educativa Gustavo Ries, y aportando al
conocimiento del diseño arquitectónico biofílico, sirviendo como base para
investigaciones futuras.
This research addressed the application of biophilic design in educational typology, as a response to the poor physical infrastructure of national public schools, and how the current state of these educational centers influences the academic performance of students. The main objective was to determine the biophilic design guidelines for the Gustavo Ries educational institution, through the supporting study of the context, the needs of the user involved, current regulations, similar cases and the theoretical principles of inclusion, sustainability and identity. A study method was developed based on the analysis of theoretical and normative bases to support the architectural proposal, and instruments were applied for data collection such as the survey and observation guide. In accordance with the above, a proposal was designed aligned with the axes of sustainability, identity and social inclusion; contributing to the improvement of the educational service of the Gustavo Ries Educational institution, and contributing to the knowledge of biophilic architectural design, serving as a basis for future research.
