Abstract
That the present research work intends to publicize and rescue historical aspects little known by our community, referring to events that occurred at the beginning of the arrival of the Jesuits to the Viceroyalty of Perú in the year 1568, who came to disseminate the Catholic faith, through the missions, in which the Jesuits stood out, because they learned the habits, customs, language and dialect of the native peoples to whom they preached. This work of the Jesuits in the Viceroyalty of Peru was important for Spanish rule, since it was the conquest without blood since it was cultural, spiritual and religious, since the Jesuits were excellent educators, master engineers, farmers, missionaries and they were the administrators of the conquerors, managing their farms, schools, mines, cultivation, etc.; And so it was that they arrived in Motocachy and built the Casa Hacienda Santa Gertrudis de Motocachy, where they planted the vine, to make the wine for the masses of the entire Viceroyalty and made for the first time the ardent grape water, today known as Pisco, which It is the flag product of Our Peru.
