Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo aplicar la metodología Seis Sigma para la mejora de la productividad en el
proceso de azúcar rubia en Agroindustrial Laredo S.A.A. en el año 2019. La metodología de esta investigación se basa
en el estudio de la producción de azúcar rubia durante los meses de setiembre a diciembre del 2019 como parte de
nuestra muestra, procesados estadísticamente con el Software Minitab y PIMS para la constatación de la hipótesis. Los
resultados de esta investigación se llevaron a cabo mediante la aplicación de los siguientes modelos de gestión como
5W2H, 5 Porque, Ishikawa y planes de acción para determinar la causa raíz de fallas e incidencias en los equipos y
así lograr el control de procesos. Por ello, durante el periodo de setiembre hasta diciembre del 2019 se registraron un
total de 11322 toneladas de producción de azúcar rubia. Se analizaron los datos con el uso de la herramienta estadística
Minitab para analizar los gráficos X – R para determinar capacidad del proceso logrando una mejora de Cp incrementando
una mejora del 8% y Cpk del 8%. Además, durante el periodo de enero hasta abril del 2020, se registró un incremento
de producción de toneladas de azúcar rubia de 4810 TN (16132 Tn – 11322 Tn) equivalente al 30% de TN. Los resultados
de la productividad económica para el año 2020 nos genera un costo beneficio de $ 1098621 dólares americanos,
logrando resultados positivos.
La contribución de esta investigación al conocimiento y a la literatura en el ámbito de los principios de Seis
Sigma se vincula con la influencia que la empresa ejerce en su propia productividad con el objetivo de optimizar sus
procedimientos.
The objective of this research was to apply the Six Sigma methodology to improve productivity in the brown sugar process in the raw and distillery department of Agroindustrial Laredo S.A.A. in 2019. The methodology of this research is based on the study of the blonde sugar production during the months of September to December 2019 as part of our sample, statistically processed with Minitab and PIMS Software for the verification of the hypothesis. The results of this research were carried out through the application of the following management models such as 5W2H, 5 Because, Ishikawa and action plans to determine the root cause of failures and incidents in the equipment and thus achieve process control. Therefore, during the period from September to December 2019, a total of 11322 tons of blond sugar production were recorded. The data was analyzed with the use of the statistical tool Minitab to analyze the X - R graphs to determine process capability achieving an improvement of Cp increasing an improvement of 8% and Cpk of 8%. In addition, during the period from January to April 2020, there was an increase in the production of tons of blond sugar of 4810 TN (16132 Tn - 1122 Tn) equivalent to 30% of TN. The results of the economic productivity for the year 2020 generate a cost benefit of $ 1098621 US dollars, achieving positive results. The contribution of this research to the knowledge and literature in the field of Six Sigma principles is linked to the influence that the company exerts on its own productivity with the objective of optimizing its procedures.
