| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional titulado “Implementación de Gestor de Documentos Digitales para la Universidad Católica de Trujillo Benedicto XVI – Trujillo”, es un proyecto que se implementó en la institución en el año 2020, en atención a un requerimiento de alto nivel e importancia para la universidad. Para seguir llevando a cabo los procesos de otorgamiento de grados y títulos se necesitaba contar con un portal web oficial donde se pueda verificar la autenticidad e integridad de los diplomas digitales que empezaron a emitirse a partir del mes de agosto. En este trabajo se describe cómo se implementó un Gestor de Documentos Digitales para la Universidad Católica de Trujillo Benedicto XVI, donde se inicia con la fundamentación científico – técnico, dando a conocer la base teórica necesaria, también se detalla la justificación, objetivos y limitaciones que surgieron al realizar este proyecto. Seguidamente, se precisa el trabajo profesional ejecutado, desarrollado en tres (03) etapas, en la primera se hace una descripción de la situación actual de la universidad: reseña histórica, razón social, giro del negocio, ubicación, organigrama, direccionamiento estratégico y productos. En la siguiente etapa se analiza e identifica el requerimiento a cubrir, ubicándose en el tiempo y espacio, describiendo la realidad de ese entonces y la determinación de la solución a implementar. Finalmente, en la tercera etapa, se especifica la implementación del proyecto: creación y configuración de la máquina virtual, instalación del sistema operativo Ubuntu, instalación y configuración de la tecnología seleccionada (Nuxeo), instalación del sistema web de consulta de documentos y descripción del funcionamiento. Por último, se comparten unas sugerencias para la formación de Ingenieros de Sistemas en la UNT. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work of professional sufficiency titled “Implementation of Digital Document Manager for the Catholic University of Trujillo Benedicto XVI – Trujillo”, is a project that was implemented in the institution in 2020, in response to a high-level and important requirement. for the University. To continue carrying out the processes of granting degrees and titles, it was necessary to have an official web portal where the authenticity and integrity of the digital diplomas that began to be issued from the month of August can be verified. This work describes how a Digital Document Manager was implemented for the Catholic University of Trujillo Benedicto XVI, where it begins with the scientific-technical foundation, revealing the necessary theoretical basis, also detailing the justification, objectives and limitations that arose when carrying out this project. Next, the professional work carried out is specified, developed in three (03) stages, in the first a description of the current situation of the university is made: historical overview, company name, line of business, location, organization chart, strategic direction and products . In the next stage, the requirement to be covered is analyzed and identified, locating itself in time and space, describing the reality of that time and determining the solution to be implemented. Finally, in the third stage, the implementation of the project is specified: creation and configuration of the virtual machine, installation of the Ubuntu operating system, installation and configuration of the selected technology (Nuxeo), installation of the document consultation web system and description of the functioning. Finally, some suggestions are shared for the training of Systems Engineers at UNT. | |
