Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con finalidad analizar la influencia del clima laboral en la motivación del personal de la empresa Protektor Seguridad Integral S.A.C, Trujillo 2024. El tipo de investigación aplicada tiende considerarse en base esquema descriptivo, en cuanto a dicha muestra 30 empleados del departamento administrativo de Protektor Seguridad Integral S.A.C., con quienes colaboramos utilizando ciertos métodos y por ende técnicas de dicha investigación en manera cuantitativa en cuanto a dicha entrevista de modo estructurada. Con base a dichos resultados que tendieron a obtenerse se encontró que el sentido de cierta pertenencia, la participación en dichas actividades de la propia empresa, la buena actitud en lo laboral y la determinación impactan positivamente en dicha motivación de los propicios empleados. De hecho, tiende ser importante para la propia empresa conocer el clima en manera organizacional y dicha motivación de los propios empleados lo que le permite analizar los diferentes resultados con base en esta diferida investigación. Por tanto, los resultados indican que para darse óptima motivación en manera laboral en una connotada organización se requiere de un clima organizacional adecuado. Finalmente, creemos que la organización debe implementar ciertos programas en forma de capacitación para implementar ciertos planes de incentivos, promover así dicho liderazgo transformacional y el trabajo equipo esto a fin mejorar dicha productividad de la propia empresa
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of the work environment on the motivation of the staff of the company Protektor Seguridad Integral S.A.C, Trujillo 2024. The type of applied research tends to be considered based on a descriptive scheme, regarding said sample of 30 employees of the administrative department of Protektor Seguridad Integral S.A.C., with whom we collaborated using certain methods and therefore techniques of said research in a quantitative manner regarding said structured interview. Based on said results that tended to be obtained, it was found that the sense of certain belonging, participation in said activities of the company itself, good attitude at work and determination positively impact said motivation of the appropriate employees. In fact, it tends to be important for the company itself to know the organizational climate and said motivation of the employees themselves, which allows it to analyze the different results based on this deferred research. Therefore, the results indicate that to provide optimal motivation in a well-known organization, an adequate organizational climate is required. Finally, we believe that the organization must implement certain programs in the form of training to implement certain incentive plans, thus promoting transformational leadership and teamwork in order to improve the productivity of the company itself
