Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en la empresa Austral Group S.A.A., donde el objetivo general de esta tesis es Implementar un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para reducir los accidentes, tomando como referencia la Norma ISO 45001:2018 y la normativa peruana vigente de seguridad y salud en el trabajo entre las más importantes la nueva Ley 29783” Ley De Seguridad Y Salud En El Trabajo”. En primer lugar, se realizó un diagnóstico situacional del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, mediante la Lista de Verificación bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018, encontrándose un cumplimiento general del 49%, teniendo 17 accidentes graves y con 145 riesgos significativos (119 medio y 26 altos); seguidamente se procedió a implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, de las No Conformidades encontradas en la lista, las cuales se establecieron la matriz IPERC, ejecutándose el manual de SSO, procedimientos, formatos, manual de contingencia y capacitaciones; estableciéndose medidas de control con la participación de los trabajadores, obteniéndose resultados muy satisfactorios, ya que la Lista de Verificación bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018 tuvo un cumplimiento del 99%, teniendo al final 2 accidentes graves y reduciendo a 46 los riesgos significativos (46 medios y 0 altos), es decir hubo una reducción del 68% y uno de los logros es no tener riesgos altos.
This research work was developed in the company Austral Group S.A.A., where the general objective of this thesis is to Implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System to reduce accidents, taking as reference the ISO 45001:2018 Standard and the Peruvian regulations. current safety and health at work, among the most important is the new Law 29783 “Law on Safety and Health at Work”.
