Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, y de corte
transversal, tuvo como objetivo determinar el cumplimiento de lista de verificación de
cirugía segura del personal de enfermería en centro quirúrgico de un hospital de
Yurimaguas 2021. La muestra estuvo constituida por 45 personal de enfermería. La
técnica fue la observación, el instrumento fue la lista de verificación de cirugía segura,
con una confiabilidad en Alfa de Cronbach de 0.72. Se utilizó la prueba estadística de
“Chi – Cuadrado” para relacionar las variables en estudio, garantizando su confiabilidad
y validez. Los datos fueron procesados y analizados por el programa IBM SPSS Statics
29, presentando los resultados de manera tabular, incluyendo tablas de una y doble
entrada con representación numérica y porcentual. Los resultados indicaron que el
cumplimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura fue correcto 97.8%; fase de
entrada 95.6%; fase de pausa quirúrgica 97.8% y fase de salida 93.3%. En conclusión, el
cumplimiento de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura fue correcta del personal de
enfermería indicando evidencia suficiente de asociación (p≤0.05).
The objective of this research work, quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional, was to determine compliance with the safe surgery checklist of nursing staff in the surgical center of a hospital in Yurimaguas 2021. The sample consisted of 45 nursing staff. The technique was observation, the instrument was the safe surgery checklist, with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.72. The “Chi – Square” statistical test was used to relate the variables under study, guaranteeing its reliability and validity. The data were processed and analyzed by the IBM SPSS Statics 29 program, presenting the results in a tabular manner, including single- and double-entry tables with numerical and percentage representation. The results indicated that compliance with the safe surgery checklist was 97.8% correct; entry phase 95.6%; surgical pause phase 97.8% and exit phase 93.3%. In conclusion, the nursing staff's compliance with the safe surgery checklist was correct, indicating sufficient evidence of association (p≤0.05).
