Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del uso de estrategias metacognitivas para la comprensión lectora en estudiantes de segundo grado de secundaria de la I.E. Ramiro Ñique. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 76 alumnos del segundo grado de secundaria. Como instrumentos, se emplearon un cuestionario para medir la variable estrategias metacognitivas y un test para medir la comprensión lectora. Se utilizaron los métodos de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial para analizar los datos obtenidos. Finalmente, se llegó a la conclusión de que el uso de estrategias metacognitivas influye significativamente en la mejora de la comprensión lectora en los estudiantes de segundo grado de secundaria de la I.E. Ramiro Ñique.
The purpose of this thesis was to determine the influence of the use of metacognitive strategies for reading comprehension in secondary second grade students of Ramiro Nique school. The methodology used was experimental design. The sample was made up of 76 high school students. As instruments, the questionnaire was used for the variable metacognitive strategies and a test for reading comprehension. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyze the obtained data. Finally, it was concluded that the use of metacognitive strategies significantly influences the improvement of reading comprehension among secondary second grade students of Ramiro Nique school.
