Abstract
The primary objective of this investigation was to ascertain the correlation between leadership styles and pedagogical management among directors of public secondary educational institutions in the El Porvenir district of Trujillo in 2019. Employing a correlational approach, the study adopted an analytical, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, with a sample consisting of 256 participants selected from a population of 321 educators. The findings indicate a highly significant relationship between the participatory leadership style and pedagogical management, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000, which is less than the predetermined significance level of 0.05. Moreover, the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was calculated at 0.380**, indicating a moderately positive correlation. Consequently, it can be inferred that an enhancement in the utilization of participatory leadership will positively influence the pedagogical management practices of directors in public secondary educational institutions in the El Porvenir district.
