Abstract
La presente investigación, tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación
entre los estilos de liderazgo y el nivel de clima organizacional en el profesional
de enfermería del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo 2022; de tipo cuantitativo,
descriptivo, correlacional y de corte transversal, con un diseño no experimental.
Para medir, el liderazgo se utilizó el Cuestionario Multifactorial de Liderazgo
(MLQ forma 5X Corta) y para medir el clima organizacional se utilizó un
cuestionario validado por juicios de expertos. La muestra del estudio fue de 80,
de una población total de 200 enfermeras de los diferentes servicios. Los
resultados fueron: el estilo de liderazgo Laissez faire con mayor porcentaje de
41.3%, seguido del 32.5 % con estilo Transformacional y 26.3 % con estilo
Transaccional. En cuanto al clima organizacional, un 37.5 % con un nivel
malo, 32.5 % con bueno y un 30 % regular. Concluyendo, que no existe
relación significativa entre las dos variables, con una probabilidad de 0.785
según Tau-b de Kendall; evidenciándose que, el liderazgo no influye
directamente sobre el clima organizacional
