Abstract
Se da a conocer la diversidad fitoplanctónica en el ecosistema marino de Cerro Negro (8º
25´ S y 78º 56´ O) y Chérrepe (7º 12´ S y 79º 41´ O), La Libertad, Perú 2017, mediante el
análisis de 60 muestras obtenidas mensualmente. Se determinó 101 especies de fitoplancton
(58 Diatomeas, 41 Dinoflagelados y 2 Silicoflagelados) de mayo a octubre en ambas zonas.
En Cerro Negro, se identificó 97 especies, con 55 Diatomeas, 34 Dinoflagelados y 2
Silicoflagelados, en Chérrepe con 87 especies, 49 diatomeas, 36 dinoflagelados y 2
Silicoflagelados. La densidad se determinó con el método cuantitativo en la cámara
Sedgwick-Rafter, y fluctúo entre 3141 y 21464 x 103 Cel/L; y 3349 y 17675 x 103 Cel/L en
Cerro Negro y Chérrepe, respectivamente. El índice de diversidad de Shannon-Wiener
osciló entre 0.908 y 1.180 bits/ind, el índice de similitud de Bray Curtis fue superior del
85.00 % y el índice de equidad de Pielou registró valores menores de 0.8, en las zonas
estudiadas.
The phytoplankton diversity in the marine ecosystem of Cerro Negro (8º 25' S and 78º 56' W) and Chérrepe (7º 12' S and 79º 41' W), La Libertad, Perú 2017, through the analysis of 60 samples obtained monthly. 101 species of phytoplankton were determined (58 Diatoms, 41 Dinoflagellates and 2 Silicoflagellates) from May to October in both zones. In Cerro Negro, 97 species were identified, with 55 Diatoms, 34 Dinoflagellates and 2 Silicoflagellates, in Chérrepe with 87 species, 49 diatoms, 36 dinoflagellates and 2 Silicoflagellates. The density was determined with the quantitative method in the Sedgwick-Rafter chamber, and fluctuated between 3141 and 21464 x 103 Cel / L; and 3349 and 17675 x 103 Cel / L in Cerro Negro and Chérrepe, respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged between 0.908 and 1.180 bits / ind, the Bray Curtis similarity index was higher than 85.00% and the Pielou equity index registered values under 0.8, in the areas studied.
