Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de la participación de los jóvenes en la Gestión Municipal del distrito de Casa Grande durante el año 2021. Esta investigación es de tipo no experimental, cuenta con el enfoque metodológico cualitativo y diseño correlacional causal siendo el escenario de estudio el distrito de Casa Grande. Como técnicas de recolección de información se utilizó la guía de observación y la guía de entrevista y se contó con una muestra de 50 jóvenes del distrito de Casa Grande que oscilan entre los 18 a 25 años, esta muestra es no probabilística y fue elegida a criterio del investigador. Como conclusión principal de la investigación se llegó a que la participación de los jóvenes no influye significativamente en la gestión municipal de distrito de Casa Grande del año 2021 puesto que los resultados reflejan que por un lado los jóvenes del distrito muestran un interés mínimo en los asuntos públicos u actividades que la entidad edil realiza y por otro lado la municipalidad escasamente promueve la
participación de dicha población y afirman que principalmente se basan en el trabajo conjunto a las personas adultas y adultas mayores.
The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the participation of young people in the Municipal Management of the Casa Grande district during the year 2021. As information collection techniques, the observation guide and the interview guide were used and there was a sample of 50 young people from the district of Casa Grande ranging between 18 and 25 years old, this sample is not probabilistic and was chosen at the discretion of the investigator. The main conclusion of the investigation was that the participation of young people does not significantly influence the municipal management of the Casa Grande district in 2021, since the results reflect that the municipality hardly promotes the participation of said population and they affirm that they are mainly based on in working together with adults and older adults.
