Abstract
La presente investigación titulada "Clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa CREATRA SAC, Trujillo - 2021" tiene como objetivo general verificar si existe una relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los empleados en el centro de estudio. A través de un enfoque no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional, se aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert a una muestra de 50 colaboradores, con 19 ítems para evaluar el clima organizacional y 11 ítems para medir el desempeño laboral. Además, también se realizó la entrevista estructurada como instrumento. Los resultados revelaron que no se encontró una relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral, a pesar de que ambas variables fueron percibidas como óptimas por los trabajadores. En consecuencia, se recomienda a la organización llevar a cabo una evaluación integral del clima organizacional para identificar posibles debilidades, y proporcionar capacitaciones en comunicación efectiva a los líderes y supervisores para mejorar la transmisión de información y fomentar un ambiente laboral colaborativo. Asimismo, se sugiere implementar programas de motivación y reconocimiento para impulsar el compromiso y la satisfacción de los empleados en su trabajo. Para un enfoque más específico, se propone la aplicación de cuestionarios de desempeño dirigidos a los supervisores y jefes, a fin de mejorar el liderazgo y promover un ambiente laboral positivo y productivo en el contexto actual.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research entitled "Organizational climate in the work performance of the employees of CREATRA SAC, Trujillo - 2021" is to verify if there is a relationship between the organizational climate and the work performance of the employees in the study center. Through a non-experimental, descriptive and correlational approach, a Likert-type questionnaire was applied to a sample of 50 employees, with 19 items to evaluate the organizational climate and 11 items to measure job performance. In addition, a structured interview was also used as an instrument. The results revealed that no significant relationship was found between organizational climate and work performance, even though both variables were perceived as optimal by the workers. Consequently, it is recommended that the organization carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the organizational climate to identify possible weaknesses and provide training in effective communication to leaders and supervisors to improve the transmission of information and foster a collaborative work environment. It is also suggested to implement motivation and recognition programs to boost employee commitment and job satisfaction. For a more specific approach, the application of performance questionnaires aimed at supervisors and managers is proposed in order to improve leadership and promote a positive and productive work environment in the current context.
