Abstract
Esta investigación analizó el efecto de la automatización y Business Intelligence de tareas contables en la productividad de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) de servicios, Trujillo 2023. La metodología utilizada fue no experimental transversal correlacional/causal con enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra con la que se trabajó fue tres (3) empresas MIPYMES de la ciudad de Trujillo seleccionadas a criterio del autor y para la unidad de análisis se consideró los colaboradores del área contable de las empresas seleccionadas. Se aplicó cuestionarios y entrevistas validados por expertos a los colaboradores del área contable de las empresas en estudio para recopilar información y se procesó los datos estadísticamente. Se concluyó que la automatización y Business Intelligence de tareas contables tienen un efecto positivo en la productividad de las MIPYMES de servicio en Trujillo, año 2023.
ABSTRACT This research analysed the effect of automation and Business Intelligence on accounting tasks in the productivity of micro, small, and medium-sized service enterprises (MIPYMES) in Trujillo, 2023. The methodology employed was non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational/causal with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of three (3) MIPYMES from the city of Trujillo, selected at the author's discretion. The unit of analysis comprised the accounting staff of the selected companies. Expert-validated questionnaires and interviews were administered to the accounting staff of the companies under study to collect information, which was then statistically processed. It was concluded that automation and Business Intelligence in accounting tasks have a positive effect on the productivity of service MIPYMES in Trujillo in the year 2023.
