Abstract
La presente investigación, descriptiva de corte transversal se realizó con el objetivo dedeterminar la percepción de la calidad del cuidado de enfermería del paciente en elservicio de emergencia del hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, la muestra estuvoconstituida por 187 usuarios hospitalizados a quienes se les aplico el cuestionario decalidad de cuidado de enfermería (Cucace) modificado por la autora con 3 dimensionesdel cuidado: técnico, interpersonal y ético; llegando a los siguientes resultados: Lapercepción de la calidad del cuidado enfermero fue de nivel medio con el 40.1% (75) y el59.9% (112) alto. Respecto a la dimensión interpersonal, el 65.8% (123) de los pacientesrespondieron que el nivel de calidad del cuidado de enfermería fue alto y el 34.2% (64)medio. Para la dimensión técnica correspondió al 56.1% (105) el nivel alto, el 42.2% (79)medio y el restante 1.6% (3) bajo. Finalmente, en la dimensión ética, el 65.8% (123) delos pacientes indicaron que el nivel de calidad del cuidado de enfermería fue medio, el25.1% (47) alto y el restante 9.1% (17) bajo.
The present cross-sectional descriptive research was carried out with the objective of determining the patient's perception of the quality of nursing care in the Emergency Service of the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital. The sample consisted of 187 hospitalized users who were I applied the Nursing Care Quality questionnaire (Cucace) modified by the author for the purposes of studying the 3 dimensions of care: technical, interpersonal and ethical; reaching the following results: The perception of the quality of nursing care was of a medium level with 40.1% (75) and 59.9% (112) high. Regarding the interpersonal dimension, 65.8% (123) of the patients responded that the level of quality of nursing care was high and 34.2% (64) medium. For the technical dimension, 56.1% (105) corresponded to the high level, 42.2% (79) the medium level, and the remaining 1.6% (3) the low level. Finally, in the ethical dimension, 65.8% (123) of the patients indicated that the quality level of nursing care was medium, 25.1% (47) high, and the remaining 9.1% (17) low.
