Abstract
El presente trabajo de Investigación versa sobre el diseño del chasis es decir el armazón
de un velocar, un vehículo impulsado por fuerza motriz humana de tres ruedas que vendría
a ser prácticamente un triciclo, poniendo mucho énfasis en la suspensión.
En diseños anteriores este aspecto de la suspensión no parecía tan importante pero
después de fabricar el primer modelo se notaba que el problema era muy puntal. En este
trabajo se explora los diferentes tipos de suspensión y se elige la suspensión en
paralelogramo por su facilidad de construcción y simpleza.
Ademes se diseñó todo el chasis, así como la suspensión delantera, así mismo la
suspensión trasera de tal manera que al moverse lo realice de forma suave sobre todo
cuando pasa sobre las irregularidades del terreno. Por otro lado, también se detalla la parte
de la dirección, así como el mecanismo completo que permite mover las ruedas de una
posición a otra. Por otro lado, también se incorpora los frenos al sistema de chasis para
ver cómo quedaría el montaje completo, así como las respectivas llantas.
Description
The present work of Research is about the design of the chassis, that is to say the frame
of a velocar, a vehicle driven by three-wheel human driving force that would become
practically a tricycle, with a lot of emphasis on the suspension.
In previous designs this aspect of the suspension did not seem so important but after
manufacturing the first model it was noted that the problem was very prop. In this work
the different types of suspension are explored and the suspension is chosen in parallel for
its ease of construction and simplicity.
In addition, the entire chassis was designed, as well as the front suspension, as well as the
rear suspension in such a way that when moving it is done smoothly, especially when it
passes over the irregularities of the terrain. On the other hand, the steering part is also
detailed, as well as the complete mechanism that allows the wheels to be moved from one
position to another. On the other hand, the brakes are also incorporated into the chassis
system to see how the complete assembly would look as well as the respective tires.
