Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Plan de comunicación interna para mejorar el clima organizacional en los trabajadores de la Universidad Nacional de Jaén – 2023”, tiene como objetivo demostrar que la aplicación del plan de comunicación interna mejora de manera significativa el clima organizacional en los colaboradores de la institución. Se trabajó con 5 dimensiones de estudio correspondiente a la variable dependiente: liderazgo, motivación y recompensa, comunicación, trabajo en equipo y equidad.
Esta investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, aplicada y de diseño experimental del tipo pre experimental. La población muestral fue seleccionada bajo ciertos criterios como: edad, condición laboral, ubicación de ambientes de trabajo y tiempo de servicio; conformándose de esta manera una muestra de 30 trabajadores.
Para la recolección de datos se aplicó la guía cuestionario para prueba y post prueba, y como técnica el test. El instrumento de investigación se elaboró a escala Likert, con un total de 30 ítems y respuestas politómicas cuya valoración fue: Nunca, Casi nunca, A veces, Casi siempre y Siempre.
Los resultados del pre test mostraron un nivel bajo del clima organizacional (70%), los datos obtenidos en el análisis por dimensión de estudio, permitió trabajar el plan de comunicación interna, seleccionar las acciones estratégicas y de comunicación para su aplicación. Los resultados del post test demostraron que la aplicación del plan mejoró el clima organizacional predominando el nivel alto (56,7%). Asimismo, se analizó cada una de las dimensiones demostrando que: en el liderazgo predomina el nivel medio con un 60% y un nivel alto con respecto a las dimensiones: motivación y recompensa (66,7%), comunicación (56,7%), trabajo en equipo (53,3%) y equidad (73,3%).
