dc.descriptionThe project includes the development of a web application to facilitate learning at the Center for Special Basic Education (CEBE) Chepén. We start from the description of the organization in all areas, taking into account an analysis of the critical factors of success. The approach of the main processes that occur within the organization and its representation through diagrams develops. Also specifies its main objectives as a public institution, its goals and everything concerning your Institutional Philosophy. The achievement to develop software, is to provide a better tool, relevant, accurate and timely integration of the departments of the institution and improving the Educational Management. Finally, for application development using free software arises because it is a public institution, using this programming language PHP, 5.6.17 MySQL as database engine Apache 2.4.9 as a web server, and Windows 7 operating system base.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto abarca el desarrollo de una aplicación web para facilitar el aprendizaje en el Centro de Educación Básica Especial (CEBE) de Chepén. Partimos de la descripción de la organización en todos sus ámbitos, considerando un análisis de sus factores críticos de éxitos. Se desarrolla el planteamiento de los principales procesos que ocurren dentro de la organización, así como su representación a través de diagramas. También se especifica sus principales objetivos como institución pública, sus metas y todo lo concerniente a su Filosofía Institucional. El logro al desarrollar un software, es el de brindar una mejor herramienta, de información pertinente, exacta y oportuna para la integración de los departamentos de la Institución y la mejora de la Gestión Educativa. Finalmente, para el desarrollo del aplicativo se plantea el uso de software libre por tratarse de una Institución Pública, utilizando para esto PHP como lenguaje de programación, mysql 5.6.17 como motor de base de datos, Apache 2.4.9 como servidor Web, y como sistema Operativo base Windows 7.es_PE
