Abstract
La presente tesis se logró realizar con la finalidad de poder analizar la influencia del conocimiento de alimentación infantil en las prácticas alimentarias de las madres de familia de niños del Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, distrito Pacasmayo, en el periodo 2022. Se consideró en base a una investigación de tipo aplicada, la cual tuvo como base un diseño a la vez descriptivo, en cuanto a su muestra constó de 92 madres pertenecientes a dicho centro, con las cuales se logró trabajar aplicando conjuntamente ciertos métodos y a la vez técnicas diferidas a investigación de tipo cuantitativa: Se enfocó en canalizar método estadístico y a la vez como técnica se difirió utilizar la encuesta, en cuanto a la investigación cualitativa: se logró utilizar Método inductivo – deductivo; y como técnicas basadas en observación directa y a la vez entrevista. De los resultados que se lograron obtener se logra determinar que existe una relación directa dada entre el nivel basados al conocimiento sobre la selección de alimentos, la preparación de alimentos, así como la alimentación de tipo infantil y por ende higiene de posibles alimentos que realizan las madres de familia de los niños del Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo del distrito de Pacasmayo. Finalmente, se consideró que a la vez resulta ser necesario que dicha participación de la trabajadora social asemejada con labor del profesional basados en salud para poder llegar así a concientizar a toda la comunidad de tipo materna, esto diferido acerca del valor que tiene el poder practicar sobre la temática en alimentación saludable.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of being able to analyze the influence of knowledge of infant feeding on the eating practices of mothers of children from the Growth and Development Control, Pacasmayo district, in the period 2022. It was considered based on an applied type of research, which was based on a descriptive design, as its sample consisted of 92 mothers belonging to said center, with whom it was possible to work by jointly applying certain methods and at the same time techniques deferred to quantitative research: It focused on channeling the statistical method and at the same time as a technique the use of the survey was deferred, in terms of qualitative research: it was possible to use the inductive-deductive method; and as techniques based on direct observation and at the same time interview. From the results that were obtained, it was determined that there is a direct relationship between the level based on knowledge about infant feeding, food selection, food preparation, infant-type feeding and therefore hygiene of possible foods that mothers make. of the family of the children of the Growth and Development Control of the Pacasmayo district. Finally, we consider that at the same time it turns out to be necessary that said participation of the social worker be similar to the work of the health-based professional in order to raise awareness among the entire community and maternal type, this differs about the value of being able to practice on healthy eating theme
