Abstract
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de los estilos de liderazgo en el clima laboral del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de la Esperanza (MDE) en el año 2022. Se desarrolla en base al modelo de investigación correlacional causal, teniendo como población a 36 colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital de la Esperanza. Los métodos empleados fueron inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético y estadístico. Por otra parte, se aplicó técnicas, tales como, la entrevista y encuesta, las cuales permitieron arribar a datos cuantitativos y cualitativos desde la comprensión analítica de los indicadores y sus variables. Los principales resultados obtenidos muestran que los estilos de liderazgo influyen en un 76.1% sobre la variación del clima laboral del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de la Esperanza, 2022, en el cual el liderazgo transformacional predomina en un 83.3% de los colaboradores. Así mismo, el liderazgo transformacional influye en 88.4% sobre la variación del clima laboral generando un ambiente de trabajo favorable para el colaborador y el liderazgo transaccional influye de manera negativa en un 31.7% sobre la variación del clima laboral.
ABSTRACT The current investigation was carried out with the aim of analyze the influence of leadership styles in the work environment of the administrative staff of the Municipalidad Distrital de la Esperanza (MDE) in the year 2022. It is developed based on the causal correlational research model, having as a population 36 administrative collaborators of the Esperanza District Municipality. The methods used were inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic and statistical. On the other hand, techniques were applied, such as interviews and surveys, which allowed obtaining quantitative and qualitative data from the analytical understanding of the indicators and their variables. The main results obtained show that leadership styles influence 76.1% on the variation in the work environment of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of La Esperanza, 2022, in which transformational leadership predominates in 83.3% of the collaborators. Likewise, transformational leadership influences 88.4% of the variation in the work environment, generating a favorable work environment for the employee, and transactional leadership negatively influences 31.7% of the variation in the work environment.
