Cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de prescripción en el servicio de hospitalización en un Hospital nivel II-1, julio 2021 - abril 2022

Abstract
El objetivo del presente informe es determinar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción en el servicio de Hospitalización en un Hospital nivel II-1 durante el periodo julio 2021 – abril 2022, por lo que se analizó una muestra conformada por 372 recetas prescritas en el servicio de hospitalización del nosocomio referido, considerando lo establecido en el Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción. Para tal fin, se elaboró una ficha de recolección de datos mensuales, la cual se completó con los datos obtenidos de la evaluación de las recetas médicas tomando en cuenta los datos del prescriptor, los referidos al paciente, medicamento y receta en general. Luego del análisis del total de recetas médicas, se encontró que el 100% presentaron errores de prescripción. En cuanto a errores de prescripción en datos del prescriptor; el 5.11% del total de recetas no presentaron el nombre del prescriptor, en el 100% se omitió su dirección y teléfono o de la institución donde labora, el 1.61% presentó ausencia de su firma y el 14.78% no presentó su número de colegiatura. En datos concernientes al paciente; el 100% de las recetas analizadas omiten su dirección y teléfono, el 9.95% y el 37.10% no presentaron la edad ni diagnóstico respectivamente. En datos relacionados al medicamento; el 53.23% no presentó nombre bajo su Denominación Común Internacional, el 13.71% omitió la concentración del principio activo y el 33.60% no incluyó la forma farmacéutica. Además; el 19.62% no presentó el lugar de prescripción de la receta, el 4.30% y el 92.74% omitieron la fecha de expedición y vigencia respectivamente, y el 14.78% presentó ilegibilidad en la escritura. En conclusión, el 100% de las recetas médicas prescritas en el servicio de Hospitalización del Hospital de Especialidades Básicas la Noria, durante el periodo julio 2021 – abril 2022, no cumplen en algunos de sus componentes, con las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción.
