Abstract

The treatments were distributed using a complete randomized design (DCA) with 12 treatments including the control and 6 repetitions per treatment, the data obtained were subjected to the analysis of variance and the Tukey comparison test (p = 0.05). The variables evaluated in vitro were mycelial growth and germination of the sclerotes. For this, the technique of the culture medium based on potato dextrose agar (PDA) plus the fungicide or biofungicide was used according to treatment and a disc of 0.5cm of agar was placed with mycelium of the fungus, also was made with the sclerotes. The treatments T1, T4, T5, T6, T8, T9 and the biofungicide based on Bacillus subtilis (T10) affected the growth of the mycelium and the germination of the sclerote of S. sclerotiorum.
