Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Síndrome de Burnout y la Calidad del Cuidado de Enfermería en el Hospital II- 2 Tarapoto, 2021. Se realizó un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo correlacional. Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumentos el Inventario Burnout de Maslach (MBI) y el cuestionario de Calidad del Cuidado de Enfermería, aplicado a una muestra de 110 enfermeros. Los resultados indican que el 48% presenta un nivel bajo de Síndrome de Burnout en el profesional de enfermería y según las dimensiones falta de realización personal el 58% un nivel alto, agotamiento emocional y despersonalización niveles bajos en 62% y 59%. La Calidad del Cuidado de Enfermería fue alto en 86%, encontrando en todas las dimensiones puntajes altos. Existe una correlación estadísticamente significativa entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la Calidad del Cuidado de Enfermería. A partir de los hallazgos encontrados, se diseña un modelo de intervención como alternativa frente a situaciones de desgaste con el fin de controlar las situaciones estresantes, se centra en la percepción y evaluación de las enfermeras (o).

A quantitative approach study of a correlational descriptive type was carried out. The survey was used as a technique and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the Quality of Nursing Care questionnaire were used as instruments, applied to a sample of 110 nurses. The results indicate that 48% present a low level of Burnout Syndrome in the nursing professional and according to the dimensions lack of personal fulfillment 58% a high level, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization low levels in 62% and 59%. The Quality of Nursing Care was high at 86%, finding high scores in all dimensions. There is a statistically significant correlation between Burnout Syndrome and the Quality of Nursing Care. Based on the findings, an intervention model is designed as an alternative to burnout situations in order to control stressful situations, focusing on the perception and evaluation of nurses (or).
