CARACTERIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA PRODUCTIVA DE LA GRANJA PORCINA “SAYURI”-GUADALUPE

Abstract
El presente estudio: caracterización económica productiva de la granja porcina “sayuri” ubicada en LI-552 Los Jardines – Guadalupe, jurisdicción de la provincia de Pacasmayo, departamento La Libertad, con la finalidad de caracterizar económica y productivamente la granja porcina; asimismo, determinarla economía productiva, calcular la rentabilidad económica y evaluar el nivel de productividad de la granja. Se utilizaron un total de 150 marranas multíparas de las razas York, Landrase, F1 Landrase x York y F1York x Landrase, mediante una investigación descriptiva retrospectiva de datos registrados hacia el año 2017. Los resultados son los siguientes: lechones nacidos vivos =10.25, lechones nacidos muertos = 1.79, número de abortos = 0.027, numero de lechones destetados = 7.17; mortalidad: % de mortalidad al destete = 29.99, % de mortalidad en recría = 5.3, % de mortalidad en engorde = 3.1, % de mortalidad en reproductores = 1.99. Se concluyó que la granja “Sayuri” E.I.R.L se caracteriza por ser una unidad productiva de baja rentabilidad económica.
ABSTRACT The present study: economic productive characterization of the swine farm "sayuri" located in LI-552 Los Jardines - Guadalupe, jurisdiction of the province of Pacasmayo, La Libertad department, with the purpose of economically and productively characterizing the pig farm; also, determine the productive economy, calculate the economic profitability and evaluate the level of productivity of the farm. A total of 150 multiparous sows of the races York, Landrase, F1 Landrase x York and F1York x Landrase were used, through a retrospective descriptive investigation of data registered towards the year 2017. The results are the following: piglets born alive = 10.25, piglets dead born = 1.79, number of abortions = 0.027, number of weaned piglets = 7.17; mortality:% of mortality at weaning = 29.99,% of mortality in rearing = 5.3,% of mortality in fattening = 3.1,% of mortality in breeders = 1.99. It was concluded that the farm "Sayuri" E.I.R.L is characterized as a productive unit with low economic profitability.
