Abstract
El presente informe de tesis aborda la problemática de los cambios de uso que se les viene dando al patrimonio monumental del centro histórico de Trujillo, específicamente en los monumentos de las calles de Orbegoso y Pizarro. Esta irresponsable actitud de parte de los propietarios de estas, casonas que fueron reconocidos como monumentos históricos, se ve en las diversas actividades humanas que están deteriorando y despareciendo nuestros monumentos. Este trabajo pretende dar cuenta de estas acciones y además la falta de control y ejercicio fiscalizador de las autoridades de turno. A través de los métodos y técnicas específicas de las ciencias sociales, hemos podido reunir la información que presentamos a continuación y esperamos que sirva para ser en futuras investigaciones, que ayuden no solo al conocimiento de nuestro legado histórico, sino también a la toma de conciencia por parte de los propietarios, autoridades y población en general.
Description
This thesis report addresses the problem of changes in use that are being given to the monumental heritage of the historic center of Trujillo, specifically in the monuments of Orbegoso and Pizarro streets. This irresponsible attitude on the part of the owners of these mansions that were recognized as historical monuments, is seen in the various human activities that are deteriorating and disappearing our monuments. This work aims to account for these actions and also the lack of control and oversight exercise of the authorities on duty. Through the specific methods and techniques of the social sciences, we have been able to gather the information that we present below and we hope that it will serve to be used in future research, that will help not only the knowledge of our historical legacy, but also the awareness by the owners, authorities and population in general.
