Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de las habilidades sociales de las madres educadoras en la construcción de los vínculos con los residentes temporales pertenecientes al Centro de Acogida Residencial (CAR) Aldea Infantil Santa Rosa; contando con una población de 30 Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (NNA) residentes de ambos sexos cuyas edades oscilan entre los 04 y 17 años. La metodología de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa aplicada se basó en los métodos inductivo, deductivo, estadístico, de Baremación y descriptivo, así como las técnicas de la observación indirecta, entrevista, encuesta y recopilación bibliográfica además de los instrumentos empleados. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, se tiene que las habilidades sociales de las madres educadoras influyen significativamente en la construcción de vínculos afectivos, debido a la existencia de una correlación positiva entre ambas variables. Estos vínculos afectivos se perciben como vínculos seguros en la medida que sean permanentes, continuos y satisfagan las necesidades de los residentes del CAR Aldea Infantil Santa Rosa; así como exista la calidad en el cuidado de ellos.
ABSTRACT The present research work was developed with the objective of determining the influence of the social skills of the educating mothers in the construction of the bonds with the temporary residents belonging to the Residential Welcome Center (CAR) Aldea Infantil Santa Rosa; with a population of 30 Boys, Girls and Adolescents (NNA) residents of both sexes whose ages range between 04 and 17 years. The applied qualitative and quantitative research methodology was based on the inductive, deductive, statistical, Baremation and descriptive methods as well as the techniques of indirect observation, interview, survey and bibliographic compilation in addition to the instruments used. According to the results obtained, the social skills of the educating mothers have a significant influence on the construction of affective bonds, due to the existence of a positive correlation between both variables. These affective bonds are perceived as secure bonds to the extent that they are permanent, continuous and meet the needs of the residents of the CAR Aldea Infantil Santa Rosa; as well as the quality in the care of them.
