Abstract
El objetivo de la presente investigación es explicar de qué manera la delincuencia común influye en el incremento de la inseguridad ciudadana el cual genera incertidumbre y miedo en los habitantes del sector de rio seco, distrito de El Porvenir.Por ello, para el desarrollo de la investigación se centra en utilizar la metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, y se utilizó un diseño no experimental transversal. Por consiguiente, la muestra de estudio se obtiene producto de la encuesta realizada en la realidad problemática, la cual oscila a 50 usuarios que denunciaron en las comisarías de El Porvenir ser víctimas de algún delito cometido por los delincuentes. Asimismo; se utilizo como método de investigación una encuesta y entrevistas. Por otro lado, como herramientas de recolección de datos se elaboró un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo. Los hallazgos resaltan la necesidad de implementar estrategias de prevención en materia de seguridad debido al descontento de los habitantes del sector rio seco producto del aumento de la inseguridad ciudadana en su jurisdicción. Se concluye que las instituciones y autoridades deben continuar con su labor de manera coordinada, fortaleciendo el trabajo preventivo de los agentes de seguridad ciudadana e implementar la PNP para mejorar el servicio de resguardo policial a finde devolver la tranquilidad al ciudadano para que continúe desarrollando sus actividades en una sociedad apropiada. Asimismo, se analizó la información obtenida través del método etnográfico y etnológico, se utilizó como técnicas; revisión bibliográfica, revisión de archivos, entrevistas, selección de informantes y encuesta.
ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to explain how common crime influences the increase in citizen insecurity which originates and generates uncertainty and fear in the inhabitants of the Río Seco sector of the district of El Porvenir. Therefore, for thedevelopment of the research, it focuses on using the quantitative approach methodology, and uses a non- experimental cross-sectional design. Therefore, the study sample is obtained as a result of the survey carried out in the problematic reality, which ranges from 20 users who reported to the police station of the future tobe victims of a crime committed by criminals. In addition; A survey and interviews were used as a research method and as data collection tools a questionnaire and a checklist were developed. The findings highlight the need to implement prevention strategies in terms of security due to the discontent of the inhabitants of the rio seco sector as a result of the increase in citizen insecurity in their jurisdiction. It is concluded that the institutions and authorities must continue with their work in a coordinated manner, strengthening the preventive work of citizen security agents and implement the PNP to improve the police protection service in order to restore peace of mind to the citizen so that they continue developing their activities in a proper society. The information obtained through the ethnographic and ethnologicalmethod was analyzed, it was used as techniques; bibliographic review, file review, interviews, selection of informants and survey.
