Abstract
El presente estudio plantea como principal objetivo describir la relación entre la Gestión Financiera y la Rentabilidad de la empresa Konexa Track & Systems S.A.C., Trujillo 2023. Para ello, se desarrolló una metodología no experimental, hipotético-deductiva con un enfoque cuantitativo que se apoyó en datos estadísticos, con un diseño correlacional, el estudio examinó las interrelaciones de variables, la investigación no alteró ningún dato fáctico y se llevó a cabo en un momento específico, teniendo como unidad de análisis a 20 colaboradores las cuales pertenecen a las áreas de estudio, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario y a los estados financieros de los últimos dos años de la empresa en mención, posteriormente se empleó también la técnica análisis documental. Como resultados de la investigación, al analizar la gestión financiera se concluyó que se encuentra en un nivel deficiente con un 75% (15) y la rentabilidad se encuentra en un nivel deficiente o bajo con 85% (16), debido a que el ratio financiero y económico ha ido disminuyendo en los últimos años. Como conclusión principal de la investigación, se describió que existe una correlación alta y positiva (0.958), en la que la Gestión Financiera se relaciona de manera muy significativa (sig. <0.00) con la Rentabilidad, además las ratios financieras han ido disminuyendo en los últimos años, debido al nivel deficientes de ambas variables en estudio de la empresa Konexa Track & Systems S.A.C., Trujillo, 2023.
ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between Financial Management and the Profitability of the company Konexa Track & Systems S.A.C., Trujillo 2023. To do this, a non-experimental, hypothetical-deductive methodology was developed with a quantitative approach that was supported in statistical data, with a correlational design, the study examined the interrelationships of variables, the research did not alter any factual data and was carried out at a specific time, having as the unit of analysis 20 collaborators and the financial statements of the company in the last two years of the company in question, which belong to the study areas, to whom a questionnaire was applied, subsequently the documentary analysis and interview technique was also used. As a result of the research, it is estimated that financial management is at a poor level with 75% (15) and profitability is at a poor or low level with 85% (16), due to the fact that the financial ratio and economy has been declining in recent years. As the main conclusion of the research, it is calculated that there is a high and positive evaluation (0.958), in which Financial Management is related in a very significant way (sig. <0.00) with Profitability, in addition the financial ratios have been decreasing in recent years, due to the poor level of both variables in the study of the company Konexa Track & Systems S.A.C., Trujillo, 2023.
