Abstract
La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar la relación entre los factores de riesgo laboral y nivel de estrés del personal de salud de centro quirúrgico hospital La Caleta de Chimbote. Para ello la metodología empleada fue de tipo básica de enfoque cuantitativa, nivel correlacional de diseño no experimental de corte transversal donde la muestra estuvo conformada por 33 personales de salud (Licenciados y técnicos de enfermería) a quienes se le aplico el cuestionario de factores de riesgo laboral y la The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS), toda la información fue procesada en el programa SPSS.26, los resultados fueron presentadas en tablas simple y doble entrada, para verificar la relación de las variables se empleó la prueba de correlación de Spearman. Dentro de los resultados se encontró que 60,6% refirieron que el factor de riesgo laboral es de nivel medio y el 39,4% nivel alto. En las dimensiones se encontró de nivel alto el factor de riesgo biológico y ergonómico, nivel medio el químico, físico y psicosocial. Mientras, el 63,6% presentaron estrés de nivel medio, el 21,2% nivel alto y el 15,2% bajo. Se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre los factores de riesgo laboral y nivel de estrés del personal de salud de centro quirúrgico hospital La Caleta de Chimbote
The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between occupational risk factors and stress level of health personnel at the La Caleta hospital surgical center in Chimbote. For this, the methodology used was a basic type of quantitative approach, correlational level of non-experimental cross-sectional design where the sample was made up of 33 nursing personnel to whom the occupational risk factors questionnaire and The Nursing Stress Scale were applied. (NSS), all the information was processed in the SPSS program.26, the results were presented in single and double entry tables, to verify the relationship of the variables, the Spearman correlation test was used. Among the results, it was found that 60.6% reported that the occupational risk factor is medium level and 39.4% high level. In the dimensions, the biological and ergonomic risk factor was found to be at a high level, and the chemical, physical and psychosocial risk factor at a medium level. Meanwhile, 63.6% presented medium level stress, 21.2% high level and 15.2% low level.
