Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la influencia de las competencias gerenciales en la efectividad administrativa de la Gerencia Regional de Salud de La Libertad, 2022. Para ello se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado y con diseño no experimental transversal y nivel correlacional. La población se conformó por 300 colaboradores de la Gerencia Regional de Salud de La Libertad, habiendo una muestra de 169 colaboradores, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios, debidamente validados por juicio de expertos y confiabilizados por al Alfa de Cronbach. En los resultados se determinó unas competencias gerenciales deficientes en un 48.8%, mientras que la efectividad administrativa de nivel deficiente en un 49.4%. Se concluyó una relación directa de magnitud grande (.50 ≤ rs=.91 ≤ 1.0) entre las competencias gerenciales y la efectividad administrativa, evidenciándose que un 83% de la variabilidad de la efectividad administrativa se debe a las competencias gerenciales de los colaboradores de la Gerencia Regional de Salud de La Libertad, 2022.
The objective of the study was to determine the influence of managerial competencies on the administrative effectiveness of the Regional Health Management of La Libertad, 2022. For this purpose, a quantitative, applied approach was applied and with a non-experimental, transversal design and correlational level. The population consisted of 300 collaborators of the Regional Health Management of La Libertad, with a sample of 169 collaborators, to whom two questionnaires were applied, duly validated by expert judgment and made reliable by Cronbach's Alpha.
