Abstract
In the Marona populated center, city of Moyobamba, the objective of the research conducted was to determine and evaluate the treatment of bovine excreta in biogas production, reducing the pollution generated in the population. The innovation in the processes of the applied methodology included the design of a horizontal biodigester where the anaerobic reaction takes place, aimed at producing biogas, with a volume of 3m3. The biodigester is considered to have a loading capacity for its anaerobic processes of 56.8 kg of bovine manure, along with 170 liters of water, responding to the homogeneous mixing ratio of 3:1 between water and manure. The evaluations of the indicators committed to in the executed project were carried out: ambient temperature, temperature of the anaerobic reactor, and pressurization of the gas generated in the biodigester, which are optimal for reducing atmospheric pollution. The results obtained from the analysis of bovine manure waste at the research facilities of UNALM were very favorable, showing a positive chemical reaction in the anaerobic process for biogas generation as a clean fuel. The phase of the reaction lasted 56 days using bovine excreta, resulting in biogas production at ambient temperatures of 29.8 °C and over 30.9 °C in the anaerobic reactor. A pressure of 10 PSI was achieved, which contributed to the reduction of pollution in the population. According to the analyses in the statistics regarding the correlation, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship with the temperatures of the anaerobic reactor, the environment, and also involving the PSI in the anaerobic reaction. The gas produced will be used for cooking their food, and the biol produced will be used for their crops, due to its high nutritional value and because it is environmentally friendly.
