Modelo de cadena de abastecimiento que integra a la Planeación Estratégica y Balance Scorecard en la Empresa Constructora GARESPERU SAC

Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general proponer un modelo de cadena de
abastecimiento en función a la planeación estratégica y el Balance Scorecard para la empresa
constructora GARESPERU S.A.C., Trujillo, 2021. Fue de tipo no experimental de diseño
transversal descriptivo. Los resultados indican que el 38% de los clientes de la empresa
constructora GARESPERU SAC indican que el nivel de la gestión de abastecimiento es
regular; el 40% de los encuestados indicaron que el nivel del planeamiento estratégico en la
empresa constructora GARESPERU es ineficiente; el 36% de los encuestados indicaron que
el nivel del BSC en la empresa constructora GARESPERU es ineficiente. Se planteó un
direccionamiento estratégico para la empresa constructora GARESPERU S.A.C., estas son:
estrategia de desarrollo de producto, estrategia de penetración de mercado y estrategia de
desarrollo de mercado. Se desarrolló un modelo de Balance Scorecard para la empresa
constructora GARESPERU S.A.C., obteniendo el tablero de control que integra indicadores.
Se diseñó un modelo de cadena de suministro para la empresa constructora GARESPERU
S.A.C. considerando sus objetivos estratégicos. Como conclusión principal se cumplió el
objetivo general porque se desarrolló un modelo de cadena de abastecimiento para la
empresa constructora GARESPERU S.A.C., el cual se encuentra alineado a la planeación
estratégica de la empresa, además de tener soporte en el cuadro de mando BSC que facilitará
un monitoreo continuo de los principales indicadores de gestión.
The general objective of this research was to propose a supply chain model based on strategic planning and the Balance Scorecard for the construction company GARESPERU S.A.C., Trujillo, 2021. It was non-experimental with a descriptive cross-sectional design. The results indicate that 38% of the clients of the construction company GARESPERU SAC indicate that the level of supply management is regular; 40% of those surveyed indicated that the level of strategic planning in the GARESPERU construction company is inefficient; 36% of those surveyed indicated that the level of the BSC in the GARESPERU construction company is inefficient. A strategic direction was proposed for the construction company GARESPERU S.A.C., these are: product development strategy, market penetration strategy and market development strategy. A Balance Scorecard model was developed for the construction company GARESPERU S.A.C., obtaining the control panel that integrates indicators. A supply chain model was designed for the construction company GARESPERU S.A.C. considering its strategic objectives. As a main conclusion, the general objective was met because a supply chain model was developed for the construction company GARESPERU S.A.C., which is aligned with the company's strategic planning, in addition to having support in the BSC dashboard that will facilitate continuous monitoring of the main management indicators.
