Modelo de gestión integral de la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo para la acreditación de indicadores financieros

Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general diseñar el modelo de gestión de la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, para contribuir al logro de los estándares de acreditación pertinentes a los indicadores financieros, utilizando el balanced scorecard. Es de tipo de investigación aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño pre experimental. Se tomaron como población y muestra de estudio 30 colaboradores de posgrado, utilizando como instrumento el cuestionario, como técnicas de recolección de datos, aplicando un pre test y un post test. Para evaluar la confiabilidad de las variables se aplicó el Alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo 0,986 y 0,981 respectivamente para cada una de las variables, encontrándose dentro del rango de excelente confiabilidad, así mismo para validar la hipótesis se aplicó la prueba estadística Chi Cuadrado, obteniéndose un nivel de significancia asintótica (bilateral) es 0.001, menor al coeficiente de confianza permitido (0.05), considerando que la hipótesis alternativa propuesta en esta investigación, es aceptada. Podemos concluir que en dicho modelo se desarrolló las cinco etapas del balanced scorecard, planteando objetivos concretos a cada una de las perspectivas con sus respectivos indicadores haciendo un comparativo entre al año 2019 y 2020, por otro lado con el reporte de progreso se ha utilizado el método del semáforo en función a la meta planificada para el año 2021, considerando los dos semestres, en relación al cumplimiento de sus objetivos propuestos, teniendo en cuenta los estándares de acreditación pertinentes a los indicadores financieros, obteniendo los siguientes resultados, un 77% de objetivos logrados, 13% de objetivos en proceso y 10% en objetivos en inicio respectivamente. Finalmente se complementa que dicho modelo, permite a los directivos lograr mejores resultados en su gestión, mayor crecimiento financiero, así como usuarios satisfechos y colaboradores motivados.
The present study had as a general objective to design the management model of the Graduate School of the National University of Trujillo, to contribute to the achievement of accreditation standards relevant to financial indicators, using the balanced scorecard. It is of the type of applied research, quantitative approach, pre-experimental design. 30 postgraduate collaborators were taken as a population and study sample, using the questionnaire as an instrument, as data collection techniques, applying a pre-test and a post-test. To evaluate the reliability of the variables, Cronbach's Alpha was applied, obtaining 0.986 and 0.981 respectively for each of the variables, being within the range of excellent reliability, likewise, to validate the hypothesis, the Chi Square statistical test was applied, obtaining a asymptotic (bilateral) significance level is 0.001, less than the confidence coefficient allowed (0.05), considering that the alternative hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted. We can conclude that in said model the five stages of the balanced scorecard were developed, setting specific objectives for each of the perspectives with their respective indicators, making a comparison between 2019 and 2020, on the other hand, with the progress report, the traffic light method based on the goal planned for the year 2021, considering the two semesters, in relation to the fulfillment of its proposed objectives, taking into account the accreditation standards relevant to financial indicators, obtaining the following results, 77% of objectives achieved, 13% of objectives in process and 10% of objectives in the beginning respectively. Finally, it is complemented that this model allows managers to achieve better results in their management, greater financial growth, as well as satisfied users and motivated collaborators.
