Abstract
La presente investigación tipo descriptiva transversal, tuvo como finalidad determinar el grado de desarrollo de las actividades silábicas del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje en la Escuela de Estomatología de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, año 2014.
La muestra estuvo conformada por 146 estudiantes de ambos géneros, 22 de primer año, 25 de segundo año, 22 de tercer año, 22 de cuarto año, 27 de quinto año y 28 de sexto año, a quienes se les aplico un cuestionario y fueron seleccionados de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
Los resultados obtenidos para el grado de desarrollo de las actividades silábicas del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje fue deficiente, con tan solo 66.012%. Para el cumplimiento de la distribución y exposición de los sílabos durante el primer día de clases según año de estudios fueron: 70.72% para el primer año, 64.00% para el segundo año, 70.46% para el tercer año, 73.88% para el cuarto año, 57.43% para el quinto año, y 8.90% para el sexto año. Por otro lado para el cumplimiento del contenido de los sílabos según año de estudios los resultados fueron: 85.66% para primer año, 81.33% para el segundo año, 76.26% para el tercer año, 85.92% para el cuarto año, 74.31% para el quinto año, y 43.27% para el sexto año

The aim of this descriptive and transversal research was determine the development of syllabic activities in the process teaching-learning of the School of Stomatology at the National University in Trujillo, 2014.
The sample had 146 students of both genders, 22 of first-year, 25 of second-year, 22 of third-year, 22 of fourth-year, 27 of fifth-year and 28 of sixth-year; they answered a questionnaire and were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.
The result obtained for the degree of development of syllabic activities of the teaching - learning was poor, with only 66.012 %. About the compliance with the distribution and explanation of syllabus during the first day of classes according year of study was: 70.72% for the first year, 64% for the second year, 70.46% for the third year, 73.88% for the fourth year, 57.43% for the fifth year and 8.90% for the sixth year. In addition, the result about the compliance with content of syllabus by year of study was: 85.66% for the first year, 81.33% for the second year, 76.26% for the third year, 85.92% for the fourth year, 74.31% for the fifth year and 43.27% for the sixth year
