Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal, se realizó en el distrito de Florencia de Mora - Trujillo, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre clima laboral y desempeño de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Generalísimo José de San Martín del distrito de Florencia de Mora. La muestra estuvo constituida por 27 docentes de la I.E. Generalísimo José de San Martín. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó una escala valorativa. Los resultados se presentan en tablas simples y de doble entrada, para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la estadística descriptiva. Después del análisis se arribó a la conclusión principal que al aplicar la prueba Rho de Spearman (Rho = 0.934) se encontró relación significativa entre ambas variables (p= .000<0.05), de tal manera que existe relación positiva directa muy alta entre las variables; y, el clima laboral y desempeño docente muestra un nivel alto con un 55,55% y bajo solamente con un 14,81%.
The present cross-sectional, correlational, descriptive research study was carried out in the district of Florencia de Mora - Trujillo, with the objective of determining the relationship between work environment and performance of teachers at the Generalísimo José de San Martín Educational Institution. from the Florencia de Mora district.
