Abstract
En el presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo la implementación de un sistema
de nivel con control PID para el Laboratorio de Automatización de la Universidad
Nacional de Trujillo; y fue realizado bajo la modalidad de proyecto de ingeniería.
El proyecto inició con la creación de un diseño conceptual para luego ir
recolectando información para la selección de componentes del sistema de control
de nivel, posteriormente, se realizó el desarrollo del controlador PID y se
programó el PLC, el variador de frecuencia y se estableció el diseño del HMI.
Finalmente se realizó la implementación del sistema de control de nivel para poder
validarlo mediante una lista de cotejo para el control de calidad del proyecto. La
parte innovadora de este trabajo es implementar un sistema automatizado de
control adaptado específicamente para la formación académica superior en la
Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, logrando adaptarse a los estándares que
requieren las industrias.
The objective of this work was the implementation of a level control system with PID control for the Automation Laboratory at the National University of Trujillo. The project was carried out as an engineering project. It began with the creation of a conceptual design, followed by the collection of information for the selection of components for the level control system. Subsequently, the development of the PID controller was carried out, and the PLC was programmed, along with the frequency drive, and the HMI design was established. Finally, the implementation of the level control system was carried out to validate it through a checklist for quality control of the project. The innovative aspect of this work is the implementation of an automated control system specifically adapted for higher academic training at the National University of Trujillo, meeting the standards required by industries.
