dc.descriptionThe objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of the additive Aspergillus oryzae and xylanase on the productive parameters of Holstein Friesian dairy cows. 120 cows were used: 60 for the control (T0) and 60 for the treatment (T1) with 20 g/animal/day of the additive added to the ration according to the production stage. The parameters evaluated were: milk production; total solids (ST), somatic cell count (CCS), dry matter intake (DMS) and benefit-cost ratio; Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 26.0.0.0 with license number 4-2550A. The results for CMS (Kg) 30.14 ± 2.25 and 33.46 ± 3.27 for T0 and T1 respectively for the production stage (49 days high), finding statistical differences (p < 0.05); in the transition stage (21 days postpartum) it was obtained for CMS 13.16 ± 2.05 and 13.81 ± 2.27; in milk production 37.13 ± 2.96 and 37.97 ± 4.87 L; 12.80% ± 0.18 and 12.82% ± 0.15 for ST; 251.45 ± 14.65 and 252.47 ± 11.58 in CCS (103 Cell/ml), and for benefit-cost the values were 1.19 and 1.16 for T0 and T1 respectively. It is concluded that there was no effect (p > 0.05) of Aspergillus oryzae and xylanase, but there was a numerical superiority in milk production and total solids with a statistical difference (p < 0.05) for CMS in the high production stage. Regarding CCS, the values are higher than the acceptable limit; Regarding the benefit-cost relationship, a difference is appreciated in favor of T1.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto del aditivo Aspergillus oryzae y xilanasa sobre los parámetros productivos de vacas lecheras raza Holstein Friesian, Se utilizaron 120 vacas: 60 para el control (T0) y 60 para el tratamiento (T1) con 20 g/animal/día del aditivo adicionados sobre la ración según la etapa de producción. Los parámetros evaluados fueron: producción de leche; sólidos totales (ST), recuento de células somáticas (CCS), consumo de materia seca (CMS) y relación beneficio-costo; los datos se analizaron con el software SPSS versión 26.0.0.0 con licencia número 4-2550A. Los resultados para CMS (Kg) 30,14 ± 2,25 y 33,46 ± 3,27 para T0 y T1 respectivamente para la etapa de producción (49 días alta), encontrándose diferencias estadísticas (p < 0.05); en la etapa de transición (21 días post parto) se obtuvo para CMS 13,16 ± 2,05 y 13,81 ± 2,27; en producción de leche 37,13 ± 2,96 y 37,97 ± 4,87 L; 12,80 % ± 0,18 y 12,82 % ± 0,15 para ST; 251,45 ± 14,65 y 252,47 ± 11,58 en CCS (103 Cel/ml), y para beneficio-costo los valores fueron 1,19 y 1,16 para T0 y T1 respectivamente. Se concluye que no existió efecto (p > 0,05) del Aspergillus oryzae y xilanasa, pero si una superioridad numérica en producción de leche y sólidos totales con diferencia estadística (p < 0,05) para CMS en la etapa de alta producción, respecto a CCS los valores son superiores al límite aceptable; en cuanto a la relación beneficio-costo se aprecia una diferencia a favor de T1.es_PE
