Abstract
La realización del presente proyecto de investigación tiene como título: “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO INFORMÁTICO PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA EMPRESA TAXI TRUJILLO SERVICE EIRL” En la actualidad, la empresa no cuenta con un Plan Estratégico Informático, es así que los procesos no se encuentran muy bien definidos y son elaborados manualmente. Esto genera que exista una seria de deficiencias en el manejo y control de los procesos que se desarrollan en la empresa. La presente tesis ha seguido su estudio basado en la Metodología de ONGEI, la cual ha sido publicada como una “Guía Teórico – Práctica para la elaboración de Planes Estratégicos de Tecnologías de Información” por el INEI, esta metodología nos ha permitido realizar un proyecto ordenado y de calidad. Entre los objetivos específicos planteados para la presente investigación está en Analizar el Direccionamiento Estratégico (misión, visión, objetivos y metas de la empresa), formular estrategias que contribuyan a diseñar planes de acción que deberán ser elaborados en el marco del Plan Operativo Informático que contribuyan a mejorar la Gestión Administrativa de la empresa. Finalmente, como resultado de la investigación concluimos que la elaboración de un Plan Estratégico Informático (PEI) mejora la Gestión Administrativa de la Empresa TAXI TRUJILLO SERVICE EIRL, permitiendo reducir en tiempo el desarrollo de los procesos por más de un 85% y cumplir con los objetivos y metas de la empresa.

The completion of this research project is titled: "STRATEGIC PLAN TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPUTER MANAGEMENT COMPANY TAXI TRUJILLO SERVICE EIRL" Currently, the company does not have a Computer Strategic Plan, so that the processes are not well defined and are manually processed. This causes serious deficiencies exist in the management and control of the processes taking place in the company. This thesis has continued his study based on the methodology ONGEI, which has been published as a "Theoretical Guide - Practice for the development of Strategic Plans for Information Technology" by INEI, this methodology has allowed us to make an orderly project and quality. Specific objectives for this research is to analyze the Strategic Management (mission, vision, objectives and goals of the company), formulate strategies to help design plans of action to be elaborated under the Computer Operating Plan contribute to improve the administrative management of the company. Finally, as a result of the investigation we conclude that the development of an Information Strategic Plan (PEI) improves Administrative Management Company TAXI TRUJILLO SERVICE EIRL, thereby reducing time development of processes for more than 85% to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
