Abstract
Determinar la efectividad de sutura compresiva tipo B - Lynch en el tratamiento de la hemorragia posparto por atonía uterina en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo en una población de puérperas atendidas en el Departamento de Ginecología y Obstetricia del Hospital Belén de Trujillo durante el periodo Agosto 2019 – Julio 2020 y que cumplan con los criterios de selección. Material y métodos: Por medio de un estudio analítico observacional, de cohortes prospectivo, se hará uso de la prueba estadístico chi cuadrado para las variables cualitativas; para verificar la significancia estadística de las asociaciones encontradas entre las variables en estudio; las asociaciones serán consideradas significativas si la posibilidad de equivocarse es menor al 5% (p < 0.05).
Description
To determine the effectiveness of type B-Lynch compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in patients treated at the Hospital Belén de Trujillo in a population of puerperal women treated at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo during the period August 2019 - July 2020 and who meet the selection criteria. Material and methods: Through an analytical, observational, prospective cohort study, the statistical test will be used chi square for qualitative variables; to verify the statistical significance of the associations found between the variables under study; the associations will be considered significant if the possibility of making a mistake is less than 5% (p <0.05).
