Separación conyugal y cumplimiento de funciones parentales con menor beneficiario de la DEMUNA El Porvenir 2022

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad explicar la influencia de la separación conyugal en el cumplimiento de las funciones parentales con el hijo menor beneficiario de la DEMUNA de la Municipalidad El Porvenir 2022. El acto investigativo estuvo abordado desde la orientación mixta, se clasificó en el tipo mixto-descriptivo, en el diseño se referenció por ser explicativo y bajo el método deductivo. Respecto a la toma de información se consideró las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista, en relación, los instrumentos aplicados fueron el cuestionario y una guía de entrevista; en referencia a la población, se tuvo en cuenta a hijos y padres que han realizado una conciliación en DEMUNA del distrito El Porvenir considerándose en resumen 50 participantes como unidad muestral siendo ellos hijos menores beneficiarios y 10 padres de familia. En cumplimiento del propósito principal de investigación, la estimación evidenció influencia significativa en la separación conyugal con el cumplimiento de las funciones parentales de los participantes, ello porque el valor estadístico resultó 𝑝 = 0.000, además el coeficiente correlativo fue 𝑟ℎ𝑜 =,757∗∗; en el marco cualitativo la separación conyugal incide en la transformación estructural de relaciones familiares de modo que, tiene consecuencias directas en el funcionamiento parental. En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre ambos constructos, separación conyugal y el cumplimiento de las funciones parentales por lo que una adecuada o inadecuada separación conyugal afecta el cumplimiento de las funciones parentales e incide en la satisfacción de necesidades básicas, el abandono y la desprotección hacia sus hijos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of marital separation on the fulfillment of parental functions with the minor child beneficiary of the DEMUNA of the Municipality of El Porvenir 2022. The research act was approached from the mixed orientation, it was classified in the mixed-descriptive type, in the design it was referred to as explanatory and under the deductive method. Regarding the collection of information, the survey and interview techniques were considered, in relation to the instruments applied were the questionnaire and an interview guide; In reference to the population, children and parents who have carried out a reconciliation in DEMUNA of the El Porvenir district were taken into account, considering in summary 50 participants as a sample unit, being minor children beneficiaries and 10 parents. In fulfillment of the main purpose of the research, the estimation showed a significant influence on marital separation with the fulfillment of the parental functions of the participants, because the statistical value was p = 0.000, and the correlative coefficient was rho = .757**; In the qualitative framework, marital separation has an impact on the structural transformation of family relationships, so that it has direct consequences on parental functioning. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between both constructs, marital separation and the fulfillment of parental functions, so that an adequate or inadequate marital separation affects the fulfillment of parental functions and affects the satisfaction of basic needs, abandonment and lack of protection for their children. | |
