Abstract
El presente estudio se orientó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el Clima institucional y desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Víctor Andrés Belaunde, Trujillo 2020. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo. Presenta un diseño descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal. La población muestral estuvo constituida por 45 docentes. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron dos cuestionarios con escala de Likert. Para la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se utilizó el alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose como resultado 0,866 para la variable clima institucional y un 0,776 para la variable desempeño docente. Los hallazgos determinaron que, 91.1% de los docentes presentan un nivel alto en el clima institucional y 88.9% presentan un nivel alto en el desempeño docente. En relación a la prueba de hipótesis general, el estadístico de correlación Rho de Spearman, demuestra que, (p-valor: (0,009<0,05), en consecuencia, se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación (Hi), se concluye que, existe relación significativa entre el Clima Institucional y desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Víctor Andrés Belaunde, Trujillo 2020.
The present study was oriented with the objective of determining the relationship between the institutional climate and teaching performance in the Víctor Andrés Belaunde Educational Institution, Trujillo 2020. The study was of a quantitative approach. It presents a descriptive, correlational, cross sectional design. The sample population consisted of 45 teachers. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were two questionnaires with a Likert scale. For the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach's alpha was used, obtaining as a result 0.866 for the institutional climate variable and 0.776 for the teacher performance variable. The findings determined that 91.1% of the teachers present a high level in the institutional climate and 88.9% present a high level in the teaching performance. In relation to the general hypothesis test, Spearman's Rho correlation statistic shows that, (p-value: 0.009<0,05), consequently, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted. (Hi), it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the Institutional Climate and teaching performance in the Víctor Andrés Belaunde Educational Institution, Trujillo 2020.
