dc.descriptionThe effect of the supplementation of a multi-enzymatic complex (Enzyme AVIZYME 1502: amylase, xilanase, protease / 0.05% for TM of finished food), in diets for chikens of meat sex differenciated Line Cobb 500, with the aim obtains better productive parameters, in the District of Víctor Larco, Province of Trujillo, Department La Libertad, was determined during the period from 24 October 2005 until 4 December 2005. To carry out this study, 300 chickens (150 ♀ and 150 ♂), coming from the line Cobb 500 were used, which were distributed aleatorily in 3 Diets: D1(normal diet, without enzymes), D2 (diet normal 500 g /tonelada) and D3 (normal diet + 700 g / ton), being 100 chickens for diet divided in two treataments (50 females and 50 males). For to determine the best diet, they were carried out statistical Analyzis as: Test of Bartlett for variances (only homogeneity for weight averages of the day 1), Analysis of variance, Proves Discriminatory of Duncan, comparison between diets and the Standard one of the productive parameters: initial and final weight, Gain weight, Index of acumulated conversion, consummate of food, percentage of mortality. The results indicate that D2 is the one that presents improvements in the following productive parameters: weight, earnings weight, percentage of mortality, by means of the variance analyses that are significant (p <0.01). The effect thgat is achieved to suplement the diets (D2 and D3) with the multi-enzymatic complex, it is to modify definitively the physicochemical conditions of the digestive content, where it breaks the cellular walls, accelerates the hydrolysis of the NSP (Non Starchy Polysaccharides), decrease the intestinal viscosity benefit the assimilation of the Simple sugars, in form of energy and removes the factors anti-nutritional, NSP and Fitic Acid. The enzymes also partipate in the descomposition of the nutritious substances in simple compounds. The best known are pepsin, trypsin and peptidases, which act in the digestive system to descompose the proteins in amino acids; the lipase fragments greases in glicerol and greasy acids; and lastly the amylases that descompose the starch in simple sugars. In the economic merit of the diets, it was found that the diet D1 is the cheapest compared with the other diets; however the D2 and D3 cost more for the addition of the enzyme, but to weigh that one obteins better productive parameters, it doesn´t suit economically: for the high cost and that in small populations of birds it is not profitable, and alone it suits when it is in bigger populations and with the use of cheap imputs. That is to say that statistically the D2 shows that it is significant, but in the economic grouper the best in the D. Key Words: Chickens, sexed, productive parameters.es_PE
dc.description.abstractSe determinó el efecto de la suplementación de un complejo multienzimatico (Avizyme 1502: 800 U/g amilasa, 600 U/g xilanasa, 8000 U/g proteasa/ 0.05% por tonelada de alimento), en dietas para carne sexados Línea Cobb 500, a fin de obtener mejores parámetros reproductivos, desarrollado en el distrito de Víctor Larco, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento La Libertad, durante el periodo del 24/10/05 al 4/12/05. Se utilizaron 300 pollos (150 ♀ y 150 ♂), que fueron distribuidos aleatoriamente en 3 dietas: D1 (Dieta normal, sin enzimas), D2 (dieta normal + 500 g/tonelada) y D3 (dieta normal +700 g/tonelada), con 100 pollos por dieta divididos en 50 hembras y 50 machos). Para la determinación de la mejor dieta , se realizaron análisis estadísticos como : Prueba de Bartlett para homogeneidad de varianzas (solo para pesos promedios del día 1), Análisis de varianza, Prueba discriminatorio de Duncan, Comparación entre dietas y el Stándard de los parámetros reproductivos : pesos iniciales y finales , ganancia de peso , índice de conversión acumulada, consumo de alimento, porcentaje de mortalidad. Los resultados indican que la D2 es la que presenta mejoras en los sigtes parámetros productivos: pesos, ganancias de peso, porcentaje de mortalidad, mediante los análisis de varianza que son significativos (p<0.01).El efecto que se logra al suplementar las dietas (D2 y D3) con el complejo multienzimatico, es modificar definitivamente las condiciones fisicoquímicas del contenido digestivo, en donde se rompe las paredes celulares, se acelera la hidrolisis de los PNA (polisacáridos No Almidonados), disminuye la viscosidad intestinal favoreciendo la asimilación de los azucares simples, en forma de energía y remueve los factores antinutricionales, PNA y Acido Fítico. En el mérito económico de las dietas, se encontró que la dieta D2 (♂) es la de mayor mérito económico comparada con las demás dietas (S/. 1.54/ Kg. Pollo); sin embargo para los pollos de sexo hembra es la de D3 (♀) la que tiene mejor merito económico (S/. 1.83/Kg. Pollo), por tanto existe diferencia por sexo de las aves en los méritos económicos alcanzados. Es decir que estadísticamente y en el mérito económico l aD2 muestra que es significativa para los pollos de sexo macho y la D3 para pollos de sexo hembraes_PE
