Abstract
En el trabajo de investigación llevado a cabo en la empresa “Proaves del Norte E.I.R.L.”, tiene como objetivo evaluar la propuesta de un proceso logístico y su incidencia en el área de abastecimiento en la empresa “Proaves del Norte” año 2022, la metodología que se utilizó fue correlacional, de tipo aplicada, descriptivo con un muestreo no probabilístico, siendo la población la empresa en mención y con su unidad de análisis, el área de abastecimiento; los recursos utilizados para lograr el desarrollo del trabajo son los siguientes, la entrevista, la encuesta, el análisis documental, lo cual fue de suma importancia para lograr, dichos objetivos; los resultados obtenidos dentro del primer objetivo son congruentes, se halló la manera necesaria para la obtención del análisis dentro del área de abastecimiento; del segundo objetivo se obtuvo información detallada de la definición del proceso,contable-logistico, incluyendo las áreas de, abastecimiento, almacén y producción; se realizó el desarrollo del tercero en el cual se creó una propuesta de mejoramiento para el proceso logístico, la cual influiría dentro del desarrollo del área de abastecimiento; con la creación de un nuevo método secuencial para el área, la resolución de objetivos en el área involucrada, una estructura organizativa propuesta de un código de ética; para el desarrollo del objetivo general se evaluó la propuesta de un proceso logístico y su incidencia en el área de abastecimiento en la empresa, los cuales reflejaban que el efecto es positivo y ayudará a mejorar el desarrollo económico productivo de la empresa.
ABSTRACT In the research work carried out in the company "Proaves of the north L.L.C.", the objective is to evaluate the proposal of a logistic process and its impact on the supply area in the company "Proaves of the north” year 2022, the methodology used was correlational, of applied type, descriptive with a non-probabilistic sampling, being the population the company in mention and with its unit of analysis, the supply area; the resources used to achieve the development of the work are the following, the interview, the survey, the documentary analysis, which was of utmost importance to achieve, these objectives; the results obtained within the first objective are congruent, the necessary way was found to obtain the analysis within the supply area; from the second objective detailed information of the definition of the logistic process was obtained, including the areas of supply, warehouse and production; the development of the third one was carried out, in which a proposal for the improvement of the logistic process was created. improvement for the logistic process, which would influence within the development of the supply area; with the creation of a new sequential method for the area, the resolution of objectives in the area involved, a proposed organizational structure of a code of ethics; for the development of the general objective, the proposal of a logistic process and its incidence in the supply area in the company were evaluated, which reflected that the effect is positive and will help to improve the productive economic development of the company.
