Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Como los comités de vaso de leche funcionan como espacio de participación social y política para las mujeres campesinas del distrito de Bambamarca, Bolívar, La Libertad - 2021 En la investigación se utilizó herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas para comprender la realidad estudiada.
La investigación se trabajó con una muestra no probabilística. Es decir, la muestra estaba conformado por 48 integrantes de 12 comités de vaso de leche, especialmente las que ocupan el cargo de presidenta, secretaria, tesorera y fiscal. Los resultados muestran que los comités del Programa Vaso de Leche (PVL) en Bambamarca, se caracterizan como espacios plurales y de integración/articulación de las mujeres que representan a los beneficiarios del programa, fortaleciendo el tejido social en su desarrollo personal, familiar y comunitario. Sin embargo, se evidencia una feminización social de los comités del PVL en donde la participación de las mujeres está basada en un papel representativo de sus hijos o hijas. No obstante, los resultados describen que se puede considerar a los comités del PVL como inminentes espacios que permiten la participación política en los órganos de gobierno locales, la dinamización del mercado local y la participación sociocultural de las mujeres en su distrito.
Las conclusiones señalan que las mujeres se autogestionan y cumplen roles de representación de sus hijos e hijas, buscan el bien común dentro de su contexto social y promueven prácticas en valores.

The general objective of this research was: how glass of milk commitees function as a space for social political and community participation for rural women in the distrrict of Bambamarca,Bolivar, la libertad- 2021. Tools used in the research qualitative and quantitative to understand the reality studied.
The research was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample. That is, the sample was made up of 48 members of 12 glass of milk committees, especially those who hold the position of president, secretary, treasurer and prosecutor. The results show that the committees of the Vaso de Leche Program (PVL) in Bambamarca are characterized as plural and integration/articulation spaces for women who represent the beneficiaries of the program, strengthening the social fabric in their personal, family and community development. . However, there is evidence of a social feminization of the PVL committees where the participation of women is based on a representative role of their sons or daughters. However, the results describe that the PVL committees can be considered as imminent spaces that allow political participation in local government bodies, the revitalization of the local market and the sociocultural participation of women in their district.
The conclusions indicate that women manage themselves and fulfill roles of representation of their sons and daughters, seek the common good within their social context and promote practices in values.
