dc.descriptionThe purpose of the research is to determine the impact of intellectual capital in the valuation of the assets of MSEs in the city of Trujillo. When valuing a business is to determine a range of fair values within which the final value will be included. It is determining the intrinsic value of a business and not its market value, or price, of course. The value is not a fact but, because of its subjectivity, we might consider it as an opinion. It must start from the idea that the value is only a possibility, while the price is a reality. The research question was: What is the impact of intellectual capital in the valuation of the assets of MSEs in the city of Trujillo?. The hypothesis raised was this: The intellectual capital significantly affects the valuation of the assets of MSEs in the city of Trujillo. The study material was sampled at 308 MSEs the city of Trujillo, the same that have been selected by random ballistic pro using the survey technique. We therefore conclude that the intellectual capital has an impact on the valuation of the assets of the MSEs of the City of Trujillo; becoming the main raw material for knowledge management and begins with the recognition of intangible assets that make an organization efficient and competitive It is recommended that to give better value to an MSE should use the random pattern of non-accounting value based on their intellectual capital.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl propósito de la investigación es determinar la incidencia del capital intelectual en la valorización de los activos de las Mypes de la ciudad de Trujillo. Al valorar una empresa se pretende determinar un intervalo de valores razonables dentro del cual estará incluido el valor definitivo. Se trata de determinar el valor intrínseco de un negocio y no su valor de mercado, ni por supuesto su precio. El valor no es un hecho sino que, debido a su subjetividad, podríamos considerarlo como una opinión. Se debe partir de la idea de que el valor es solamente una posibilidad, mientras que el precio es una realidad. El problema de investigación fue:¿Cuál es la incidencia del capital intelectual en la valorización de los activos de las Mypes de la ciudad de Trujillo?. La hipótesis que se formuló fue la siguiente: El capital intelectual tiene incidencia significativa en la valorización de los activos de las Mypes de la ciudad de Trujillo. En el material de estudio se ha tomado como muestra a 355 Mypes de la ciudad de Trujillo, las mismas que han sido seleccionadas mediante muestreo pro balístico empleando la técnica de encuesta. Se concluye afirmando que el Capital Intelectual tiene incidencia en la valoración de los activos de la Mypes de la Ciudad de Trujillo; convirtiéndose en la materia prima fundamental para la gestión del conocimiento y comienza con el reconocimiento de los activos intangibles que hacen que una organización sea eficiente y competitiva. Se recomienda que para darle mejor valor a una Mype se deberá utilizar el modelo aleatorio del valor extracontable en función de su capital intelectual.es_ES
