Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de funcionamiento familiar y el nivel de asertividad en las adolescentes de la institución educativa Marcial Acharán y Smith, 2024. El tipo de investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo, correlacional, y de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 114 adolescentes mujeres; para recolectar los datos de cada variable de estudio se aplicó dos instrumentos: Escala de evaluación de funcionamiento familiar FACES III y la escala multidimensional de la asertividad. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 27 y para medir la correlación entre las variables se utilizó la estadística de Rho de Spearman, considerando que si la significancia es menor al 5% (0,05), existe una relación significativa entre las variables analizadas. Los resultados de la presente investigación permitirán la implementación de estrategias para la creación de ambientes familiares saludables y para el fortalecimiento de la asertividad en las adolescentes de la institución educativa Marcial Acharán y Smith.
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of family functioning and the level of assertiveness in adolescents from the Marcial Acharán and Smith educational institution, 2024. The type of instigation is a quantitative approach of descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional scope.
